As soon as we landed on the street and turned on the music, we were met with smiles as a woman approached delighted we were bringing Gods message to the streets.

Then as we gathered for our picture a young man came up and announced; “𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙮 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙, 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙄 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚?” Here God had arranged a warm welcome for us!

Although our strategy is very similar each time we go out, the Spirit of God brings a newness and freshness to each outreach and no two are the same – for sure, we meet some people we have met before but new people are encountered all the time, and the 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙩 𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩.

As we gathered for prayer and worship prior to going out God moved so beautifully amongst us and brought a real sense of His approval and acceptance – ministering deeply into our hearts.

𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞, and it is His presence that touches people’s hearts and yesterday was no exception.

One young man who is a common sight on the streets of Navan broken by trauma and addiction in his life approached – after a brief conversation we learned he was actually a Christian who had walked away from God. As we brought a message of God’s love and desire to see His relationship restored – the young man re-dedicated his life again to Christ.

Another Lady who had a growth on her neck was prayed with by members of the team, and the growth visibly shrank on her neck – surrendered her heart to the Lord and went away with her face beaming and a joy that was visible in her face.

𝐒𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝’𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 for them, and that Jesus was sent to bring us back to God – the Apostle Paul writes; “𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙞𝙢𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛” as we bring this message we have the wonderful privilege of just coming along side people and praying for them, and planting the seed of God’s word into their hearts.

We were also joined by another brother who had come out with his two young sons to share God’s word with people on the street – the presence of God was so tangible and His vibrant life could be felt all around.

The hidden truth behind us stepping into this place of victory every time we come out 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 which is carried out all week before each outreach event, and the supporting prayer of many Christian around the country - 𝐀 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 – keep it coming as we seek to bring the gospel to this nation and see people’s lives changed for the glory of God!
